Gli interventi consisteranno nel rafforzamento strutturale degli elementi verticali ed orizzontali con adeguamento sismico e realizzazione di nuovi impianti (HVAC, elettrico, idraulico). Si prevedono interventi di consolidamento delle strutture murarie esistenti con le tradizionali tecniche del restauro. <\/p>\n<p>Per la casermetta nr. 8, considerato l&#8217;ampio quadro fessurativo e i cedimenti differenziali presenti, \u00e8 previsto un intervento di consolidamento a livello delle fondazioni, al fine di ripristinare le condizioni di sicurezza.<\/p>\n<p>Considerato il buon comportamento sismico dell&#8217;edificio dovuto alle possenti strutture murarie, l&#8217;adeguamento sismico sar\u00e0 ottenuto risolvendo la principale vulnerabilit\u00e0 emersa dall&#8217;analisi strutturale, ovvero la disconnessione tra facciate e pareti interne. Saranno inseriti nuovi tiranti in acciaio inox per collegare orizzontalmente le facciate, evitando gli effetti di ribaltamento e in caso di terremoto; tali tiranti consentiranno comunque eventuali spostamenti verticali tra facciate e pareti trasversali, al fine di mantenere l&#8217;attuale comportamento statico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Affidamento<\/strong>: 2018<br
